GLOBAL LEADER IN THE MARITIME MARKET
Sperry was founded in 1910 by American Elmer Ambrose Sperry to manufacture his inventions of navigation equipment. Sperry inventions includes the marine gyrostabiliser and the gyrocompass.
Sperry Gyrocompass played a key role in World War I and II for the allied navies. The spirit of revolutionary inventions is still a major drive for Sperry Marine today, with the Fibre-Optic Gyrocompass and CompassNet Heading Management System.

NAVIGAT 2500 FOG (CompassNet)
The NAVIGAT 2500 fiber optic gyro compass model has a clear advantage over spinning mass gyro compass models as it has no moving parts, no maintenance during service life, no north speed error, a short settling time and output for roll and pitch. Safety is increased as a result of the high dynamic accuracy associated with the lack of north speed error. This is particularly valuable for high-speed craft at high latitudes during frequent manoeuvers.
